IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Minimum order is 1 case, which includes 50 patties. We do not offer individual patty sales at this time. Contact us for information on special pricing (or discount pricing) for certain minimum order quantities.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can pick up your order at our storage facilities.

WHAT'S THE PICKUP PROCESS?
To place an order, text us at 408-380-2421. Provide the quantity and type of patties, the preferred pick-up date and time, and the name of the person picking up the order.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before pickup day in order to guarantee a smooth pickup. You will receive a confirmation email with the pickup details.

You must bring a valid form of identification in order to pick up your order. No orders will be released without prior placement.

When you receive your order, warehouse personnel will give you a yellow receipt for your signature. Please Verify the quantity and type of patties before signing. Upon signing, you will receive a copy of the slip. Retain the yellow copy.

Provide proof of pickup order by sending a photo or copy of your yellow slip via text (408-380-2421) before leaving the warehouse. Make sure to capture the date in the top right corner and the receipt number in the lower left corner. This receipt confirms your pick-up and is used to resolve any billing disputes. If no yellow receipt is provided, the storage invoice will serve as the final reference.

There is a flat fee of $25 storage handling which will appear on your invoice.

Pickup hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 2:30pm.
WHAT'S THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
Upon receipt of the yellow receipt, we will email your invoice. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. After payment, a payment confirmation will be sent.
Delayed submission of the yellow receipt will not delay your invoice; however, billing discrepancies without the yellow receipt will default to the storage receipt as the final reference.

New orders will not be accepted if there is an outstanding balance.
Credit card payments are not accepted.
